- How does numerio find my invoices?
- You connect Gmail or iCloud Mail read-only and choose the date to scan from. numerio checks the mailbox every hour and re-checks every night. It finds PDF attachments, invoices inside the email body, and safe invoice links. Whatever doesn't arrive by email you upload by hand — a first-class path, not an afterthought.
- Does numerio read all my email?
- numerio looks for purchase invoices only. Access is read-only: it cannot send, delete or change mail. For iCloud you choose the folders yourself, and Junk, Trash and Sent are never scanned. Emails without invoices are not stored.
- What exactly does "Missing" mean?
- That the deadline passed and the invoice isn't where numerio was allowed to look — confirmed by a fully completed scan. numerio never claims more than it saw: if a scan failed or was interrupted, you'll see "Failed", not a pretend all-clear.
- Do I need to connect my bank?
- No — and you never will. numerio doesn't connect to banks and never asks for bank credentials. If you want, upload a bank statement file and numerio matches payments against invoices.
- What about an invoice that only appears in a supplier portal?
- Add it to your expected list. When it's due and nothing has arrived by email, numerio shows it as expected or missing and guides a manual upload. It never logs into external accounts and never stores their passwords.
- What does my accountant receive?
- One package: a summary spreadsheet of every accepted invoice, all the originals, and an exceptions file listing what's missing or still in review. Your accountant doesn't need a numerio login.
- Does numerio replace my accountant?
- No. numerio makes no accounting or tax decisions — it collects, checks and hands over. Decisions stay with people: you and your accountant.
- Where is my data stored?
- All data is stored and processed exclusively in the European Union. Credentials are encrypted; access is least-privilege. More on the "Security & EU data" page.
- What happens when I disconnect?
- No new scans start, and numerio revokes its own access with the provider and destroys the stored credential. Where remote revocation doesn't exist (an Apple app-specific password), numerio says so plainly and shows you where to revoke it yourself.
- When can I use numerio in my country?
- numerio is piloting with Lithuanian companies first. Join the early-access list (hello@numerio.ai) and we'll contact you as the EU rollout reaches your country — that's the only thing we'll email you about.
- Does it work with Outlook?
- Not yet. Today Gmail and iCloud Mail work; Outlook and other sources are planned and honestly labelled "Not connected" in the app. We only show what works.
- Are my documents used to train AI?
- No. Your documents are used only to process your invoices and are never sold.
- Who builds numerio?
- numerio is built in Vilnius by MB „Blue age lab", an EU-registered company. More on the About page.
