These sources appear in the app as "Not connected" — they collect nothing and store no credentials until they genuinely work.
Why is this list short? Because we only show what actually works. Five real sources beat thirty logos with nothing behind them.
Gmail access
Gmail is connected through Google sign-in with the read-only gmail.readonly scope — Numerio can read mail, but it cannot send, delete, or change it.
Only messages in the date window you choose when you connect are scanned, to find invoice-related mail. Unselected, non-invoice content is never stored as a raw copy.
The invoice documents Numerio finds, and the details extracted from them, are retained as section 6 of the Privacy Policy describes — the same retention as every other document numerio processes. Your Gmail credential (the OAuth token) is kept only for as long as the mailbox stays connected.
Numerio's use of Gmail data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy's Limited Use requirements: it is used only to provide this invoice-collection feature, it is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train AI models. The full commitment is in our privacy policy, section 4.3.
Disconnect Gmail at any time from Settings → Sources — numerio revokes its own access through Google immediately.
